Because your logo represents you in the eye of the customer, it has to be perfectly adapted to your message, your value and your audience. Toys R Us logo clearly sends the playful message of the company, whereas HSBC’s sober font evokes trustworthiness and stability.

A mistake in the message that your logo is sending can make you very unappealing to your audience or create the wrong impression about your brand. For example, TGV’s new logo (French ultra fast train) when looked at in reverse resemble a snail, which is very far from projecting the idea of speed they needed!
